Our October Spotlight is HR Green. HR Green, a Metro West COG Gold Level Business Partner since 2012, provides engineering and building services to municipalities throughout the region including more than a dozen Metro West COG municipalities. Their main point of contact is Scott Marquardt, PE, who is an Associate and Project Manager for HR Green’s Governmental Services Midwest business line. As a former Municipal Engineer with two area communities, Scott is well acquainted with funding challenges, infrastructure needs, and resident concerns of local agencies. With the full breadth of services provided by HR Green, Scott also brings a team of transportation and water/water resources specialists together to tackle agencies’ most pressing needs.
